Are there any refunds? |

Participants may receive a full refund by contacting their club any time prior to the start of each major. After that, no refunds will be made. If for any reason, the Fantasy Golf Major Madness tournament is canceled, each participant will receive a full refund. |

Can I change my selections after I submit them? |
 |
Yes. You can change your selections after you have submitted an entry up to the entry deadline. When viewing the entry within "My Selections", click the pencil next to "Tools". This will give you the ability to edit this entry. If the pencil is not visible, then the entry deadline has passed and the entry is no longer editable. |

Can I choose between receiving text or HTML emails? |

Our email system generates both HTML and plain text emails. So your email client will determine which email version you will be able to view. For more information check your settings within your email client (ie. Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail, etc.). |

Can I enter if I don't have an email address? |
 |
No. Fantasy Golf Major Madness is built around the internet and email. The scores are posted online and emailed to the address in our system. If you need to obtain an email address there are a number of free email site out there: Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail, etc. |

Can I make a private league? |
 |
No. We do not currently allow private leagues. However, if you wish to get your organization involved, contact our support team and they will give you possible options. |

Can I pick more/less than 2 golfers from a column? |
 |
No. The rules state that you may only pick 2 golfers from each column. If it is found that an entry has more or less than 2 golfers from a specific column that entry will become invalid. |

Can I unsubscribe from emails? |
 |
Yes. There is a link at the bottom of any non-essential system email to allow you to "unsubscribe" from an email that comes your way. However, Fantasy Golf Major Madness and it's offiliates reserves the right to send you email regarding Terms of Use or Privacy Policy changes. |

Change I change my Entry Name? |
 |
Yes. You can change your entry name up till the entry deadline. Once the entry deadline has been reached, no changes can be made to your entry. |

Do I enter all four majors at the same time? |
 |
If you wish you can pay for all 4 majors up front or you can pay for each major individually. Please contact your club for more information. |

Does my payment cover all four tournaments? |
 |
Your payment will cover as many tournaments as you decide to participate in. The more you participate in the more it will cost. |

How can I change my email address? |
 |
You must contact the Fantasy Golf Major Madness Support Team to change your email address. Due to security concerns we do not allow your email address to be modified via the internet. |

How can I invite others to play? |
 |
Yes. Direct them to one of the sign up sheets located in your club. |

How do I activate my account? |
 |
After your account has been created you will receive an email with your activation code and a website link. Click the website link, supply the required information and submit. You should receive an email stating that your account has been activated. If you did not receive the confirmation email or have not received an email with your activation code, please contact the Fantasy Golf, Inc. Support Team. |

You can change your account preferences by clicking on the "My Profile" after you have logged into the website with your username and password. |

Winners are notified by email or regular mail within 30 days after the official overall results (and associated winners) are posted at the conclusion of the Contest. Winners are also posted on the Contest website.
Contact your club to find out where and how you can pick-up your prize. |

How do I know my selections have been received by the system? |
 |
You will receive an email confirming the entry submission. If you log into your account on our website you can look at "My Selections". If your entry has been accepted into our system, it will be displayed here. |

How do I make my selections? |
 |
The participants must submit their lineup after their account has been activated and approved and the major is actively accepting entries. Furthermore they must submit the entry prior to the cutoff time for each tournament. Navigate your browser to the website and login using your username and password. Then click on the "Make Selections" menu item on the Fantasy Golf Major Madness website. To submit your entry you must select an entry name. Next choose 2 golfers from each column, no more and no less. Enter your answer for the tiebreaker. The participant can edit their entry as many times as they need to prior to the entry deadline. Once the entry deadline has passed all entries are final. |

How do I sign up? |

How is my score calculated? |
 |
An entry's score is based upon the four lowest scores of the 10 golfers within each round. The total score is the sum of each round. The official PGA tournament website is used for the official golf scores. |

How many entries can I have? |
 |
The amount of entries that you can have is determined by the number of entries you have paid for. You are allowed to have multiple entries if payment for such entries has been established. |
