The Web Site of Fantasy Golf Major Madness is owned and provided by Fantasy Golf, Inc. Fantasy Golf, Inc. serves as the administrator of the contest provided by this Web Site. Your use of this Web Site is subject to the following terms, conditions, and policies of Fantasy Golf, Inc. and its affiliates.
Eligibility
Fantasy Golf Major Madness is open to individuals who have reached the legal age in their jurisdiction. Void where prohibited by law. Each participant is expected to have Internet access along with a working e-mail account. Fantasy Golf, Inc. may decline eligibility to any individual at its own discretion. No person shall be eligible to participate in the contests set forth on this Web Site until and unless their account has been activated and approved by the administrator. All participants agree to abide by the terms of use set forth herein and by the decisions of the administrator which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the contests on this Web Site.
Number of Participants
The required minimum number of participants must be satisfied for a club’s game to be considered filled and eligible for play. Any unfilled club games will be canceled and all participants will receive information regarding their options. All participants will be informed of changes via e-mail as well as on the website. Participants may have more than one entry under a single club account and each team counts towards the total number of club game participants.
Tournament Schedule
If for any reason, the PGA modifies any portion of their season schedule, Fantasy Golf, Inc. reserves the right to determine prize winners based on a modified major tournament.
Entry Submissions
The participants must submit their lineup after their account has been activated and approved and the major is actively accepting entries. Furthermore they must submit the entry prior to the cutoff time for each tournament. Upon submitting an entry, participants will receive a confirmation e-mail. Participants can also use the “My Selections” page to immediately confirm their lineup. With these mechanisms in place, it is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their lineup was successfully processed by the system. The participant can edit their entry as many times as they need to prior to the entry deadline. Once the deadline has passed all entries are final.
Entry Deadlines
In most instances Fantasy Golf, Inc. sets the entry deadline at 11:59pm Central Time on the night prior to the first day/round of the major. However, Fantasy Golf, Inc. reserves the right to adjust these times based on weather delays or abnormal tournament times (e.g. British Open). Participants should always check the website for updates regarding lineup deadlines. Scheduled Entry reminders are sent via e-mail with the entry deadline included. E-mail updates will be sent for any entry deadline adjustments due to weather delays.
Scoring
Scores are computed based on the entry submitted for the major (see rules for full explanation). The official PGA tournament website is used for the official golf scores.
Rule Disputes
Any disputes or discrepancies regarding the game rules will be resolved by Fantasy Golf, Inc.’s own interpretation of the rules. Fantasy Golf, Inc. will consider the intent and spirit of the rules, the integrity of the content, as well as the feasibility of accommodating any appeal. All disputes must be submitted via email to TermsOfUse@FantasyGolfInc.com. The deadline for submitting a rule dispute is the one week from the ending date of the golf tournament for which the dispute occurred. All decisions made by Fantasy Golf, Inc. are final and binding. Fantasy Golf, Inc. reserves the right to modify any rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms of use of the contest.
E-mail addresses
All league communication is performed via e-mail. Therefore, it is the sole responsibly of each participant to notify Fantasy Golf, Inc. if their e-mail address should change at any point. E-mail addresses can be changed by contacting the Fantasy Golf Inc. Support Team or by sending an email to TermsOfUse@FantasyGolfMajorMadness.com. The email should contain both the old and new email addresses. Participants will be notified once their new e-mail address has been updated in the system. As mentioned in the Fantasy Golf, Inc. Privacy Policy, e-mail addresses are never displayed publically on the website web site.

Fantasy Golf, Inc. privacy policies do not apply to the web sites of third parties to which you may link from time-to-time from the Fantasy Golf Major Madness Site. Use of any third party sites is subject to the privacy policies and terms and conditions established by the owners or operators of those other sites, and you are strongly encouraged to review those policies, terms, and conditions when linking to another site. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Fantasy Golf, Inc. which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest, Fantasy Golf, Inc. reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. Fantasy Golf, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any error, omissions, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation with transmission, communications, line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or allegation of entries. Fantasy Golf, Inc. is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, phone lines, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to a participant's computer related to or resulting from participation in this contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, MAJOR MADNESS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Any conduct by a participant which is deemed by Fantasy Golf, Inc. to threaten, harass, intimidate, offend or harm any participant or Fantasy Golf, Inc. representative is strictly prohibited. Fantasy Golf, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to ban any person from further participation if they engage in such prohibited conduct.

Fantasy Golf, Inc. is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction which impedes or interferes with a transaction including but not limited to entry submissions. Fantasy Golf, Inc. is not responsible for the failure of any internet connectivity, computer servers, equipment, software, or traffic congestion on the Internet or any damage to a participant's computer related to or resulting from participation in Fantasy Golf Major Madness. Fantasy Golf, Inc. is not responsible for any loss or liability incurred by any participant or for any unlawful behavior by a participant. Fantasy Golf, Inc. is not associated with the Professional Golfers Association or any of its members, the PGA Tour, or any golf tournaments making up this contest. Fantasy Golf, Inc. is governed by the laws of the state of Kansas without regard to principles of conflicts of law. Fantasy Golf Major Madness is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, local, and provincial laws and regulations apply. In the event that this contest is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Fantasy Golf, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue or modify the contest, or to disqualify participants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, Fantasy Golf, Inc. shall have no liability to any participants who are disqualified due to such an action.
Release
By submitting their entry fee, participants thereby release, discharge and covenant not to sue Fantasy Golf, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents and affiliates, as well as other participants (the “Released Parties”), from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of their participation in the contests on this Web Site, whether or not such is caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of Fantasy Golf, Inc. Participants further agree that, in addition to the release set forth above, they will indemnify, save, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or cost which may be incurincurred by said Released Parties as a result of the participants participation in the contests on this Web Site.
